Yes, we have a showroom located at 17440 Railroad St, City of Industry, CA 91748.

3. Can I pick up my purchase locally?

Yes, local pickup is available by appointment Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

5. What makes MRCOOL’s DIY systems unique?

Our DIY systems are designed for easy installation without the need for professional HVAC assistance. They come with pre-charged lines, simplifying setup while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Yes, our systems are designed with energy efficiency in mind, featuring high SEER ratings and innovative technologies like variable-speed compressors.

7. Does MRCOOL equipment qualify for rebates?

8. Can I install a MRCOOL system myself?

Our DIY ductless mini split series is specifically designed for easy, hassle-free installation. For other systems, professional installation is required.

9. How do I maintain my MRCOOL system?

Regular maintenance includes cleaning filters, inspecting ductwork, and ensuring proper airflow. Refer to your product manual for detailed maintenance guidelines.

10. Does MRCOOL provide installation services?

15. What size HVAC system do I need?

The important factors to consider are:

  • The Size of the Area to Heat / Cool (Square Feet)
  • Your Local Climate (is it extremely hot or cold for extended periods of time?)
  • Insulation (an uninsulated area with drafts will have vastly different requirements than a well insulated area)
  • Basic Sizing based on Square Footage alone:
    • 12k BTU = up to 500 square feet
    • 18k BTU = 450 to 750 square feet
    • 24k BTU = 700 to 1000 square feet
    • 36k BTU = 950 to 1500 square feet
